# $Id: INSTALL,v 1.1 2012/02/28 17:36:48 ksb Exp $ This package is harmless to install, even if you never use it. The programs installed are small and not (by default) setuid or setgid. You'll need msrc_base and install_base to install this, and a perl better than 5.10 to make the perl code work. The example documentation uses some imaginary groups, you'll use the groups you already have, or make new ones for stamps and the like. There are no site policy tunes in the code, all of it is set in the op "access.cf" (or a peer file). So you don't have to recompile or mess with the source-code. If you have msrc installed, build this like any other level 2 package. For a remote host msrc -Csite.cf -E HOST=target.example.com make install clean To install manpages use msrc -Csite.cf -E HOST=target.example.com make manual Comments to me (op) at my domain ksb dot nopguild dot com dot noSpam.
